Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates: Creole Conjure Co. offers multiple shipping options thru USPS, FED EX, UPS for your convenience. 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We do not offer flat rate shipping at the time. 

FREE SHIPPING:  We offer free shipping to our customers who spend $100 US or more*. (*Countries available to receive free shipping with $100 purchase are USA, Canada, UK.)

International Shipping Policy

Customs, duties, and taxes:

 Creole Conjure Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Creole Conjure Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take pictures of damaged box, packaging materials, and items as proof for claim.
